Abdou Bensouda has comprehensive experience in management and finance. In addition, he trained as an engineer. He started his career as an engineer at Westinghouse. While there, he served as a program manager and software engineer. An investment professional,Mr. Bensouda has held various financial, executive and also managerial positions since 1995.
He has 20-plus years of experience in business reorganization, mergers and acquisitions (M&A’s), venture capital, and general management. Mr. Bensouda was a managing director for Finaventures, a venture capital and advisory firm. He has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College in Massachusetts.
Mr. Bensouda was a senior executive at BMCE Bank Group prior to joining Finaventures. At BMCE, he was responsible for investments in excess of $100 million in high technology start-ups and joint ventures with leading technology businesses. He held engineering and program management positions at the Westinghouse Electronic System Division prior to BMCE.
